Traditional Golf in a Modern Atmosphere.
WELCOME TO
Grasslands Golf & Country Club
Having completed a full restoration project between 2024-2026 under the guidance of Architect Ron Garl, the course now boasts USGA standard green complexes, state of the art sand traps, and the requisite irrigation and drainage to restore Grasslands to its Championship form. This was celebrated with the return of professional golf with the inaugural Orlando Health Championship in March 2026. Opened in 1990, the course was designed by Jerry Pate & Bob Cupp and previously restored in 2008 by the Jerry Pate Design Group. In addition to the beautiful Clubhouse, the dedicated Swim & Tennis Club features a junior Olympic size pool and children's pool supported by the Deckside Cafe restaurant and locker rooms. There are five har-tru soft tennis courts, two hard courts, and two pickleball courts all lighted for night play.
While members enjoy many traditional events, the Club also has a history of hosting professional tournaments. Currently a host site for PGA Tour's Web.com Qualifying, stage one, Grasslands was also the site of the former Nike, now Web.Com Tour, event the "Lakeland Classic" and the NFPGA Tour & Club Professional Invitational. In 2026, Grasslands hosted the Orlando Health Epson Tour Championship- the Road to the LPGA. Our distinguished golfing members include two Champions Tour and one LPGA Tour player. Golf Digest Magazine has rated Grasslands as one of the top clubs in the nation with the "Best Players".
